Enrollment Process
LOA is a public charter school serving Greene County. Therefore, there are no tuition or fees, save those required for extracurricular activities, if applicable. LOA does not discriminate against any student on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender or disability. Students are not selected on the basis of ability. LOA is a public, nonsectarian, nonreligious, nonprofit school organized and operates under Georgia State laws.
Those seeking enrollment should complete an application. An application is needed for each potential student. Application inquiries are always welcome.

Attendance Zone Information
Lake Oconee Academy serves students within a three-tiered attendance zone. First priority is given to students residing closest to the physical location of the school itself in the primary attendance zone, namely the land surrounding the intersection of Carey Station Road and Lake Oconee Parkway (click here to view the attendance zone map).
Projected Grade Levels
Those interested in applying to LOA should complete the application or contact the school for more information. For the 2010-11 school year, LOA will be adding two grade levels. Anticipated subsequent growth will be one grade per year. The projected grade levels over our 10-year charter contract are as follows:
