Attendance Zone Information

Lake Oconee Academy serves students within a three-tiered attendance zone. First priority is given to students residing closest to the physical location of the school itself in the primary attendance zone, namely the land surrounding the intersection of Carey Station Road and Lake Oconee Parkway (click here to view the attendance zone map). Additionally, for the first three years, at least 20 percent of LOA’s enrollment opportunities are offered to students residing in the non-primary attendance zone, with selection determined through a lottery drawing.
