As preparations continue for another exciting school year, Lake Oconee Academy is proud to welcome new faculty and staff members while celebrating several familiar faces who are stepping into new leadership roles across campus.

New employees were officially welcomed during New Staff Orientation, where they learned about LOA's mission, culture, and commitment to providing an exceptional educational experience for every student. The school also recognized several returning employees who have accepted new responsibilities, reflecting LOA's commitment to developing leaders from within.

"Our people are what make Lake Oconee Academy such a special place," said CEO Dr. Brad Bowling. "This year, we are excited to welcome talented new educators and staff members while also celebrating the growth of many longtime Titans who are stepping into new opportunities. Their experience, passion, and dedication will continue to strengthen our school community."

Throughout orientation, new employees connected with school leaders, learned about the Titan culture, and began preparing for the arrival of students. Returning faculty and staff also spent time collaborating, reconnecting, and preparing for a successful year ahead.

As the first day of school approaches, excitement continues to build across campus. With an exceptional team of educators and staff in place, Lake Oconee Academy looks forward to another year of inspiring students, supporting families, and building on the tradition of excellence that defines the Titan community.
