On June 12th, Lake Oconee Academy’s School Improvement Leadership Team (SILT) held a productive summer retreat on campus to set the strategic direction for the upcoming academic year. This gathering provided a critical opportunity for team members to collaboratively review and reflect upon LOA’s core mission and vision, aligning their goals closely with the school's commitment to excellence.
During the retreat, the team carefully analyzed the most recent standardized testing data, identifying key areas of strength to celebrate and pinpointing opportunities for continued growth. This strategic analysis will help shape targeted initiatives designed to support student achievement and enhance educational outcomes for all Titans.
